Books The Navy Seal Workout: The Complete Total-Body Fitness Program A good guide for building upper body strength and endurance. This workout also has some truly advanced abdominal routines. Especially useful for people who do not have access to expensive gym equipment. The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness This is probably the best book on Navy SEAL fitness available. A word of caution though : this book is not for the fainthearted! If you are serious about getting fit, then this is your book! Beginners might want to wait until they have achieved a fair degree of fitness before getting this one...... The Official United States Navy Seal Workout This book is an excellent primer on Navy SEAL conditioning. A good buy for those who want to achieve decent fitness levels, without having to match the physical prowess of the SEALs. The book contains beginner and intermediate level workouts. The Navy Seal Nutrition Guide Nutrition is vital to anyone's health ... you have to eat right, especially if you are involved in high-intensity exercise programs. This book contains clear and concise nutritional information for high performance. If you are currently preparing yourself for BUD/S, then you might want to take a look at this. Videos The Navy Seal 11 Minute Fitness System If you are really pushed for time, then this video is for you! Navy Seal Workout - 3 Tape Set There are 3 tapes in this set: total body workout, ultimate aerobic workout and ab blast. The workouts include beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.... and believe me, you will need to be fit to complete some of these routines! An awesome resource for those who want to get ultra fit. Navy SEALs Workout Not for beginners! This is a serious challenge ...if you are not already very fit, don't bother with this one. A must have for any serious fitness fanatics and/or Navy Seal fanatics.
